On May 7, COSCO SHIPPING Europe officially released its “2025 Sustainability Report” in Leipzig, Germany, on the sidelines of the International Transport Forum (ITF) Summit.

Representatives from government departments, international organizations, research institutions, industry enterprises, and summit guests attended the release event, including the International Union of Railways (UIC), the World Road Association (PIARC), Transport Canada, the UK Department for Transport, the Mongolian National Railway, the ITF Secretariat, and Smart Freight Week Netherlands.

Strictly benchmarked against the EU Sustainability Reporting Standards and disclosure requirements, the report comprehensively presents the company’s compliance practices and outcomes in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) domains. It stands as a significant milestone for COSCO SHIPPING in implementing local compliance and advancing sustainable development in Europe.
