China COSCO Shipping Convened its Annual Work Meeting 2016

On February 19 and 20, China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited convened its Annual Work Meeting 2016, which is also the first Safe Production Work Meeting. The Meeting was attended by Mr. DU Yuanquan, Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Key Large State-Owned Enterprises, Madam LI Yingzhu, Director of 29th Office of the Supervisory Board, and Independent Directors of the Company including Mr. LIU Zhangmin, Mr. HE Qingyuan, and Mr. XU Donggen.
Chairman XU Lirong made important remarks in the Meeting. President WAN Min delivered the Work Report. Mr. DING Nong, EVP of the Group, delivered the Report on Safety Production. The Meeting was presided over by Madam SUN Yueying, CFO of the Group. The Meeting was also attended by other top managements of the Group. The Working Group on Restructuring was awarded the title of “Diamond Team” in the Meeting.
On February 20 and 21, the Meeting on Overseas Work of China COSCO Shipping was also held in the headquarters.
