Mr. Wan Min had previously been appointed Vice President of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd., President of COSCO Americas Inc., President of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd., Executive Vice President of COSCO, Director of the Board and President of COSCO SHIPPING, and Chairman of China Tourism Group Co., Ltd. 

Mr. Zhu Bixin had previously served as the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China Road and Bridge (Group) Corporation. He also held various positions in China Communications Construction Company, including Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee, Director of the Board, and Vice President. He also worked as Director of the Board, President, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman, and Party Secretary of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd. Additionally, he is a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee and is part of the Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese. 

Mr. Jin Hongrong previously served as Deputy Director of the Military Electronics Bureau of the Ministry of Information Industry, Deputy Director of the Third Department of System Engineering of the State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, Head of China Electronic System Equipment Department, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co., Ltd., Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Electronics Corporation (CEC), as well as Director of the Board and Deputy Party Secretary of CEC.

Wang has been serving as External Director of COSCO SHIPPING since March 2021. Born in June 1957, he is now also member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He once served as Deputy Director and member of the Party Group of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC); President and Deputy Party Secretary of China National Aviation Holding Company (CNAH); Vice Minister and member of the Party Group of Ministry of Transport (MOT); President and Deputy Party Secretary of China Southern Air Holding Company (CSAH); as well as Board Chairman and Party Secretary of CSAH.

Mr. Luo Jianchuan, is currently External Director of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited. Born in 1963，he was a native of Dianjiang County, Chongqing.He has a doctoral degree in engineering and is a professorate senior engineer.

He previously served as an engineer at the Lead and Zinc Bureau of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, General Manager of Haikou Nanxin Industry Company, Assistant to General Manager of CNMC Trading Group, General Manager of Xinquan Company, Deputy Director of the Trade Department of China Copper-Lead-Zinc Corporation, Head of the Marketing and Trade Department of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) (under preparation), General Manager of China Aluminum International Trading Co., Ltd., Director of the Marketing and Trade Department of CHALCO, General Manager of the Marketing Department of CHALCO, Executive Vice President of CHALCO, Senior Executive Vice President of CHALCO, Party Committee Member and Director of the Board of CHALCO, Executive Director and President of CHALCO, Chairman of the Board of CHALCO Hong Kong Limited, Chairman of the Board of China Aluminum International Trading Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Aluminum Corporation of China Overseas Holdings Limited and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd.

He is currently a full-time outside director of several centrally-administered state-owned enterprises, including China Information Communication Technologies Group Corporation, COSCO SHIPPING and China Baowu Steel Group.

Yao became External Director of COSCO SHIPPING in May 2022. Born in October 1965, he is currently Deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress, Executive Director, Chairman and CEO of Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited, and Independent Non-executive Director of China Railway Signal & Communication Corp and Kader Holdings Company Limited. He was previously Independent Non-executive Director of Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd. The positions he holds in public office include President of the Hong Kong-Shanghai Economic Development Association, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Member of the Board of Trustees of Fudan University, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lingnan University. He was awarded the Hong Kong Young Industrialist Award by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2004, Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008 and the Bronze Bauhinia Star Award by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Guo became External Director of COSCO SHIPPING in May 2022. Born in April 1961, he is currently External Director of China Information and Communication Technologies Group Corporation. He once served as Director of the General Office and Assistant Director of the Department of Labor and Wages of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Executive Vice Chairman and President of China Posts and Telecom Tours Co., Ltd., Director of the Department of Labor and Wages of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Information Industry (at the bureau level), Vice President of China Satellite Communications Co., Ltd., Executive Director and President of China Telecom Satellite Communications Co., Ltd., Assistant President, Director of the General Office and Secretary of the Board of Directors of China Telecom, and Member of the Party Group and Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of China Mobile Communications Group. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and ESC Rennes School of Business, and is a senior economist with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

Ngai became External Director of COSCO SHIPPING in May 2022. Born in May 1967, he is Member of the 12th, 13th and 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of The Red Group, Chairman of Asia Greentech Fund, President of Green Economy Development Limited, Independent Non-executive Director of CRRC Corporation Limited, Independent Non-executiveDirector of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited, Independent Non-executive Director of True Partner Capital Holding Limited, Independent Non-executive Director of Sanergy Group Limited. He is also Chairman of Hong Kong Finance Association, Fellow Commoner of Clare Hall, University of Cambridge, Council Member of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Court Member of Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Honorary Fellow of Lingnan University, Honorary Citizen of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. He graduated from the University of Cambridge, with extensive experience in the international financial sector.

Mr. Liu Hongwei previously served as Deputy Director of CCDI’s (Central Commission for Discipline Inspection) Performance Management Inspection Office, as well as its 5th and 11th Discipline Inspection and Supervision Offices, Deputy Head (Director General Level) of CCDI’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group in the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Deputy Head (Director General Level) of CCDI’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group in the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.

Mr. Feng Bo previously served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Strategy and Development Division of COSCO, President of COSCO Americas Inc., as well as President of COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc.

Mr. Chen Yangfan previously served as Head of the Product Innovation Department/Information Security Department, Internet Operation Department, and Industrial Internet Product Center of China Unicom, Senior Vice President of the Government and Corporate Customer Business Group of China Unicom, and General Manager of China Unicom Guizhou Branch.

Mr. Lin Ji was appointed as Director of the Party Affairs Office of COSCO, President of COSCO Africa, President of COSCO Xiamen, as well as President and Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Europe.

Mr. Zhang Yong formerly served as Deputy Inspector of the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation of the Ministry of Commerce; Deputy Inspector of the No.2 Group of Economics, as well as Deputy Inspector and Deputy Director of the No.4 Bureau of Economics at the Office of the CPC Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs; Director of the No.2 Bureau of Economics, Deputy Director of the Secretariat (also in charge of human resource), and Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission.
