Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6):We invested 139 million yuan in environmental protection projects to ensure zero pollution to water resources in our operations.
Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7):We actively promote the use of clean energy. Our port and container manufacturing enterprises have generated a total of 22.2658 million kWh of photovoltaic power.
Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12):We optimize our energy structure by phasing out high-energy-consumption vessels, with 16 such vessels retired to date.

Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11) & Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12):Through the COSCO Shipping Charity Foundation, we implement targeted assistance programs, with 98 million yuan invested and total charitable donations reaching 130 million yuan to support community development.
- l Over one-third of the Group’s newly ordered and added capacity in 2024 consists of vessels powered by new and clean energy.
- l We independently designed and built twelve 24,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container vessels, which are expected to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 1.3 million tons annually once fully deployed.
