COSCO SHIPPING’s “5-Minute Captain” Experience Tour Grabs Spotlight at CIFTIS

On September 10, 2025, the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) commenced at Shougang Park in Beijing, China. Centering on its integrated service ecosystem featuring “shipping + ports + logistics”, COSCO SHIPPING and its business subsidiaries jointly participated in this year’s CIFTIS and comprehensively presented the group’s latest innovations and practices in serving global trade.

Under the theme “Digital and Green Navigation Towards New Progress”, COSCO SHIPPING has developed a technologically advanced “mini maritime route” onsite the exhibition hall. Visitors can not only view miniature models of giant vessels but also take on the“captain at sea” role to experience the dynamic journey of global cargo flow.

· COSCO SHIPPING Lines

COSCO SHIPPING Lines has launched over 70 full-chain products. Leveraging its extensive service resources in trucking, rail, customs clearance, and warehousing. The company delivers customized solutions for six major industries, providing a one-stop service that is fully visible and controllable throughout the entire supply chain. The application of GSBN’s blockchain-based product series has significantly enhanced operational efficiency and security of the products provided.

· COSCO SHIPPING Bulk

COSCO SHIPPING Bulk has developed a digital customer service platform called E-BULK, offering digital service solutions for contract execution, voyage dynamics, electronic bills of lading, and more, covering “port + barge + sea” transportation. The platform has supported over 370 voyages and more than 57 million tons of cargo. Through enhanced business collaboration and accelerated cross-border trade, it enables customized transportation plans to facilitate the seamless execution of global projects.

COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation has introduced the “Yuanhai Jincheng” integrated end-to-end supply chain product, which precisely addresses the logistics demands of refineries. It features three core advantages: seamless full-chain service integration, cross-sector resource integration, and digital intelligent management. The product covers the entire process from crude oil import to refined oil distribution and chemical product transportation, utilizing diverse shipping resources to improve transportation efficiency and responsiveness.

· COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers

The company has extensive experience in transporting large-scale equipment and conducting polar navigation. It supports numerous global wind power projects and overseas infrastructure initiatives, especially the transportation of construction materials for China’s Qinling Antarctic Station.
