On November 20, the 2025 Dishui Lake (DSH) International Shipping Innovation Conference took place in Shanghai, where COSCO SHIPPING unveiled its International Shipping Digital Ship Supply Service Platform.

The Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Committee and COSCO SHIPPING Technology jointly developed this platform. It is positioned as a public service platform serving the international ship supply industry chain. The aim is to completely break down the “data silos” within the ship supply industry chain through digital means, integrating the upstream and downstream data, business, and information chains, and providing one-stop, smart, high-efficiency service solutions for ship liners and ship supply enterprises.
The platform, leveraging COSCO SHIPPING Technology’s “Vessel Value Visualization” data product and intelligent scheduling algorithms, can precisely connect potential oil-receiving vessels for ship supply enterprises 72 hours in advance. It also helps ship supply enterprises optimize the dispatching of bunkering vessels and improve resource allocation capabilities through real-time monitoring. Meanwhile, it provides intelligent services such as real-time tracking of port congestion, port operating schedules, global dynamic oil prices, and intelligent fueling recommendations for vessels and shipping enterprises, helping them in make more optimal bunkering decisions. As of now, the platform has attracted 16 leading enterprises, including CHIMBUSCO and Fuyuan Fuel, completing 58 fueling operations with a total volume of 93,000 tons.
The digital service ecosystem for bonded ship supplies that the platform has established is guiding the entire market towards standardization, high-end development, and integrity. By making quality service a prerequisite, it further enhanced Shanghai’s core competitiveness in the international shipping market.
