CHUAN SHI BAO Honored as Model of Digital Transition for Listed Companies in China for 2021

China Association for Listed Companies (CAPCO) recently announced 101 models of digital transition for listed companies in China, among which COSCO SHIPPING Technology’s project “New Digital Infrastructure for Shipping Industry – CHUAN SHI BAO” was honored as a model of digital transition in technology and platform.

To further promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of listed companies and facilitate their digital transition, CAPCO collected cases of digital transition within listed companies, and selected role models through three rounds of assessments and one round of cross-evaluation based on three measures: products and services, technology and platform, and organization and management. All of the selected cases reflect the latest achievements and practice of listed companies in promoting digital transition and high-quality industry development. 

Since its launch in 2019, CHUAN SHI BAO has been committed to empowering the shipping industry and keeping up with industry needs to build a new infrastructure for the digital transition of shipping supply chain-related industries, aid in the creation of an industry ecosystem and serve the development strategy of China’s digital economy. Based on the capacity for rapid application development enabled by the shipping data center, CHUAN SHI BAO has supported the research and development of a variety of agile applications, such as “Ship Health Code,” “Suez Canal Congestion Cloud Supervisor,” “Los Angeles/Long Beach Work Shift Queuing,” “Oakland Work Shift Queuing,” “European Port Congestion Monitoring,” “GANG KOU BAO” and “ZHUN SHI BAO.” While bringing convenience to the industry, the applications have also demonstrated the true value of digital transition.
