“Blue Horizon” Management Trainee Program

This is a group-level management trainee program for global graduates. The 2025 cohort marks the fifth intake, aimed at cultivating the core talent for the company’s future reform and innovation, and building a pool of young professionals who are versatile, international, and high-potential to support the Group in becoming a world-class shipping and technology enterprise.

Training for key crew on advanced vessel types

We guide crew training programs for LNG and dual-fuel vessels, currently preparing 279 senior LNG crew, 300 general crew, 2,176 T11-certified crew, and 106 T12-certified crew, effectively ensuring operational readiness for dual-fuel ships.
